Columbia Office

In 1990, parents and professionals in Columbia came together to form Family Connection of South Carolina, Inc. as a way to provide parent-to-parent support for those families with children with disabilities and special health care needs.  Columbia began providing support statewide in 1992 with the inception of the Family Partner Program and served as the only office in SC until 1994 when we opened the Greenville office.  Columbia remains the flagship office for Family Connection, working in support of the seven local offices throughout South Carolina, and also working to advance advocacy efforts by keeping a pulse on state agencies and the General Assembly.
