Family To Family Health Care Information and Education Center provides help for families of children with special health care needs seeking objective, family-friendly health care information.  The goal of this project is to improve access to quality care and supports for children with developmental delays, chronic illnesses, and disabilities by empowering their families with information and advocacy.
