Families are encouraged to join in all program activities, particularly through parent and policy committees and the Policy Council. In this first webinar, explore tools, resources, and ideas you can use to build a father-friendly program. Learn how to create an environment that actively encourages fathers to engage with their child’s learning and development. Review examples of program efforts that help fathers continue to build their voice as leaders in early childhood programs and their communities.
