Family-to-Family: A free peer education program

An education program specifically for family members and friends of adults who live with mental illness

Starting Saturday, May 30th 9:30 a.m.  – 12:00 p.m. and for 8 consecutive Saturdays.

We will be offering this course live using the online platform Zoom Pro. Details for login on your computer will be sent after registering for the course.

This free evidence-based program provides basic information to families and friends to improve the lives of families living with a loved one living with mental illness.

  • Mood disorders including Bi-polor disorder, manic depression, major depression, panic disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, and co-occurring brain and addictive disorders.
  • Coping skills
  • Handling crisis and relapse
  • Basic information about medication
