LOOK! Photography Exhibit

LOOK! is a photography exhibit that offers a glimpse into the unique abilities of children and youth who are living with a disability or chronic health condition.

LOOK! 2021 Exhibit

The 2021 LOOK! Exhibit is currently on display at Koger Center for the Arts.

Appointments are required to view the exhibit and may be made by calling 803-777-7500.

The intent of LOOK! is to highlight the abilities of the person being photographed and to help those viewing the photos to pause, reflect and see disability in a different way. It is a beautiful collection that speaks to our goals of creating inclusion, equity, and community.

To create the event,  professional photographers from across the state volunteered their time for photo sessions to capture the spirit of the children and their families. The photos feature active, candid moments of the participants doing the things they like to do best.

The exhibit will be on display in the Upstairs Gallery at Koger Center of the Arts through the end of October!

LOOK! Art Walk

Photos from our previous LOOK! events are now hosted at destinations across the greater downtown area–creating the exciting LOOK! Art Walk–a self-paced, self-guided tour open through December!
