Shelby is amazing. She is funny, sassy, and caring! She likes listening to music, going on an outing with friends and family, and eating. Her favorite activity is riding the bus with friends.

Shelby has very little language but uses every word she knows so appropriately to make others laugh. She has a diagnosis of autism, severe developmental delays, uncontrolled seizures, and many other health issues, but she remains strong, happy, and gives the best hugs ever! Her mom, Sherry, admires Shelby’s strength through all has gone through and her sense of humor.

Shelby’s mom, Sherry, says, “Shelby shows love, compassion and care to me and others, she always knows when I need a hug. Through caring for her I have learned so much!”
