Susan Faith has a bright sense of humor and is eager to celebrate others, especially in their performing arts endeavors! She is caring, inquisitive and thrives when expressing her unique ideas through written word.
She loves to perform, including many years of tap dance with SC Music and Dance Academy and the Columbia Arts Academy for voice and piano. In 2023, both she and her brother, David, performed in the first production of Lemonade and are rehearsing for the next show. She also enjoys reading, writing, and games. Last summer, she participated in Girls Who Code for the first time and plans to do so again this year.
She navigates autism, anxiety, and ADHD, and continues to learn and practice strategies for managing sensory and social challenges so that she can achieve her personal goals. When she commits to an interest, she sticks with it!
She continues to thrive through virtual opportunities including Outschool and SC Connections Academy. She attended Camp Burnt Gin last summer which made her family happy for the opportunity to connect with others and gain independence. She also continues to develop her love of horseback riding through Carolina Therapeutic Riding.
Susan Faith has shown her family how to appreciate the performing arts and the value of creative expression. Her family embraces opportunities to connect with supportive communities that value her special abilities.
