Kelly is fun and fashionable. Kelly enjoys going to the beach and watching Puppy Dog Pals. When it comes to school, Kelly loves when she gets to get up and move around. Kelly has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and global developmental delays. One of her challenges was learning to walk, but she is a determined child and has overcome many obstacles with joy in her heart.

Kelly’s mom is extremely proud of her because she excelled in school as a virtual student during the pandemic and mastered most of her IEP goals. Her mom, Tasha says “My daughter is confident and does not allow her illnesses to conquer her. She is the perfect display of faith, hope and love.”
