Adapted Toy Workshop by SC Assistive Technology Program
WHEN
Thursday, December 9th and Friday,
December 10th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
WHERE
The SC Assistive Technology Resource Center located at 8301 Farrow Road, Columbia, SC.
WHO
Families, professionals and school staff who work with children with disabilities are invited. Open to the public.
BRING
All participants should bring battery operated toy(s).
ADAPTING TOYS
During the workshop, SCATP staff and volunteers will help participants adapt their toy(s) for switch use. No
experience is necessary. Participants will also create their own switch to operate the adapted toys. Everyone
will leave with their toy adapted for switch use and a switch to operate it.

Free! Registration is required.
