Progress monitoring is required in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and is essential for ensuring the academic and functional growth of students with disabilities. Participants will learn the requirements in the IDEA for progress monitoring, best practices for ensuring an effective response to progress monitoring, and resources on progress monitoring.
