Rain or shine! Come meet, mingle, eat and play with families on similar journeys. SC chapter of Hands and Voices, a parent-driven non-profit organization dedicated to supporting SC families of children who are D/deaf or hard of hearing. Please join us at riverfront park with beautiful views of the Waccamaw River and ADA compliant playground. Come in costume!
