Literacy for Little Learners: Building Reading Skills for Complex Children

How do you define literacy and engage children in reading activities when their access may be limited? This webinar will address assessment, learning media, and strategies to support pre-literacy skills for students with complex medical and communication needs. Participants will learn what defines a complex learner, how to address sensory needs through assessment and structured routines, and how to monitor progress. Attendees will see examples of ways to develop meaningful, multi-media literacy activities that are fun and motivating, all while developing reading basics!
