Your Child’s Journey Workbook – Spanish (PDF Download)

    $0.00

    Category: PDF Download
    • Description

    In Spanish.

This comprehensive Journey Workbook is a practical, all-in-one organizational tool designed to help families manage and document every aspect of a child’s disability or chronic health condition. It provides structured sections for capturing a child’s personal story, daily care needs, medical history, medications, equipment, healthcare providers, insurance details, and emergency information. By centralizing critical records and notes, the workbook helps families easily track important information, share it with care teams, schools, and providers, and stay prepared for appointments, transitions, and unexpected situations.

The workbook also serves as a powerful education and advocacy resource, guiding families through special education processes such as IEPs and 504 plans. It includes step-by-step preparation tools for education meetings, goal-setting worksheets, sample letters, meeting agendas, note-taking pages, and checklists to support effective communication with schools. Designed to grow with the child over time, this workbook empowers families to stay organized, informed, and confident as they advocate for coordinated care, meaningful educational support, and successful transitions throughout their child’s journey.

❤️ 'New case study research of these schools, sha ❤️

'New case study research of these schools, shared exclusively with The 74, was published recently by Education Reimagined, a national nonprofit that helps schools implement learner-centered education.

It’s an approach where young people have ownership of their education, learn in their communities and show their knowledge through multiple ways, not just tests, according to the nonprofit.'
Love this! ❤️👋🌴 South Carolina welcome centers ha Love this! ❤️👋🌴

South Carolina welcome centers have been awarded the Certified Autism Center designation. At least 80% of staff had to complete autism and sensory training to learn the skills and resources to welcome and support all visitors, including those with autism and sensory-sensitive guests.

Welcome Center staff also have quiet spaces for guests in need at each of the nine locations. The South Carolina welcome centers also have sensory packets containing sunglasses, ear plugs and sensory stickers.
